Cancellation and Refund Policy

The order may be rejected or cancelled at the discretion of Toor Fit. Orders may be cancelled for a number of reasons, such as limitations on the number of products that may be purchased in a single transaction, discrepancies or inaccuracies in the price or other product information, or issues discovered by our Department of Credit and Fraud Control.

Before approving any order, we have the right to inquire about you further.

We will contact you if your order is either partially or totally rejected or if more information is needed to authorize it. Your credit card will be refunded if you decide not to place an order after it has been indicted.

Termination on Your Part

Toor Fit is free to accept or reject applications for purchase changes without giving a reason. You have a window of 24 hours after placing your order with Toor Fit within which you may revoke it.

If we get a cancellation notice, but Toor Fit has not yet finalized the purchase, the purchase shall be cancelled, and the entire amount will be repaid within 15 to 20 days after obtaining the request, consistent with ordinary business processes.

We are unable to alter an order once it has been accepted.

The Toor Fit are the only ones who can decide whether buying something has been finalized. You consent to not voice any objections to Toor Fit’ choice to accept or cancel the order.

Discount Codes and Coupons

In order to maintain the integrity of any campaign, Toor Fit maintains the right to impose discounted prices and promotional codes or to revoke them. You must agree to take part in the campaign in order to benefit from it. The Toor Fit shall decide the terms of these promotions at the time of the promotion.
